Shawn Cui serves as an Associate in Landmark Ventures’ Technology Investment Banking practice. He focuses on providing M&A, private placement and strategic advisory services to growth stage private and public companies across the technology, digital media, software, and IT Services markets.
Prior to Landmark, Shawn worked in Tigress Financial Partners’ Investment Banking team. He graduated in 2019 from the University of Rochester Simon Business School with a Master’s Degree in Finance. Shawn earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Business School of Nankai University in 2017.
