Kathalina is an Operations Assistant and Executive Assistant supporting the Investment Banking department. She is responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating workflows and ensuring smooth internal processes. She helps with the onboarding/offboarding process, employee engagement, recognition and company activities. Kathalina is a dedicated member of the DEI Team at Landmark Ventures. She graduated from Rutgers University with degrees in English Literature and Psychology.
