“We need to stop thinking about it as transformation. It’s digital evolution and it’s those incremental changes that you can make that are going to start to weed away at the old legacy culture, at the old legacy investments. It’s about positioning to be able to evolve. Transformation says that there’s a beginning and there’s an end, and if there’s an end, then you know it’s over.”
