Steve Adamson
Steve Adamson is a seasoned executive with a diverse background in Network Engineering
and Technical Operations. His significant telecommunications experience includes roles as the
Director of Network Engineering and Capacity Management at TeleGlobe International, with
prior positions as the Senior Manager of Engineering at Global One (now Equant). Steve
accumulated many years of commercial and government consulting experience (previously
holding Top Secret clearance), including senior positions at management consulting firm,
Booz-Allen Hamilton, and as a Member of the Technical Staff at Aerospace Corporation, an Air
Force satellite defense contractor. He received his B.S. in Computer Science and M.S. in
Applied Mathematics from the University of Nebraska and studied for his Ph.D. in Operations
Research at the George Washington University.

Paul Bodine
Paul is a seasoned executive having worked with a variety of companies from entrepreneurial
startups to Fortune 500 corporations. His background includes responsibilities as the President
of Argend Business Services, an integrated marketing firm specializing in e-commerce and the
improvement of sales conversion rates. Paul was furthermore a member of the W.W. Grainger
team responsible for building its current e-commerce operations ($1 billion per annum online
in 2005), where he directed supplier accounts and operations process development working
with organizations like Motorola, Igloo and Ingersoll-Rand. A licensed architect, Paul has led
several organizations overseeing the management of such diverse assets as real estate
development companies, manufacturing, hotels and trusts. Paul is currently an Adjunct
Professor at DePaul University's MBA School of Business where he lectures on diverse topics
from e-business management and operations, business architecture, and marketing. He
received his B.S. in Architecture from the University of Southern California, his Masters in
Architecture from the University of Illinois-Chicago and his Masters of Management (MBA)
degree from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University.

Gilmore Cabochan
Gilmore Cabochan comes to Landmark with a strong background in the life sciences and management sectors. He served previously as a Scientific Advisor for New York law firm Weitz & Luxenberg, where he worked on a number of trial teams for mass tort litigations and conducted scientific research on a wide variety of medical and scientific issues to prepare trial lawyers for depositions, motions, and trials. His background also includes extensive management experience, including a variety of fundraising and business development positions with the Phillips Brooks House Association and the Summer Urban Programs in Boston and Cambridge. At Landmark, Gilmore is responsible for client acquisition activities and strategic support across the Biomedical, Life Sciences and CleanTech Practices, in addition to involvement with Landmark's Investment Banking group. Gilmore graduated cum laude from Harvard University with a B.A. in Biology.

Brendan Churchin
Brendan Churchin comes to Landmark with extensive background in the Technology and Accounting Industries, leading major advances in CRM compliance, process improvement and cost reduction. Previously, he
served as the Senior Business Development Associate at SWK Technologies, a leading mid-market reseller of Sage Software Accounting Systems. In this role, he drove the architecture and development of SWK's customer retention policies and enforcement, including customized solutions to integrate hardware and software for individual customer requirements. His prior experience spanned from lead development and qualification to heading up marketing efforts for the company's flagship NetUp network services product lines. At Landmark, Brendan is responsible for a variety of client business initiatives, including a focus on Security, Compliance, and Auditing technology and global business services functions.
Brendan holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on organizational management and psychology from Colorado State University.

Gary Cofran
Gary Cofran has been active for the past 30 years in the sales, marketing and operational /
technology needs of the Chemical & Industrial markets. Gary began his career with Tenneco
Oil Company and Jefferson Chemical, afterwards joining Mitsui America where he spent the
next 20 years in various chemical trading positions and was the first "Westerner" to achieve
the position of Vice President. Gary then moved to SK Global for 8 years acting as the Senior
Vice President of Petrochemical and Oil Products trading. Gary left SK Global to join
ChemConnect, a leading online chemical exchange, where he served as Senior Vice President
of Worldwide Sales. Gary was the former President of the Southwest Chemical Association
(SCA), a 700 member organization of commercial buyers and sellers in the Chemical and
Feedstocks business. Gary earned his B.S. in chemical engineering from Purdue University, his
MBA in finance from the University of Texas and attended the Advanced Management Program
at Harvard University.

Matthew Friend
Matthew Friend comes to Landmark with a diverse background and expertise in both the Media and Government sectors. Prior to joining Landmark, Matthew worked as an analyst/media liaison for the US-China Economic and Security Review Commission, a bi-partisan commission chartered by Congress to review the national security implications of trade and economic ties between the United States and the People's Republic of China. Matthew also spent time on the campaign trail as a staff member for former NY Governor George Pataki's successful re-election bid in 2002. From there, Matthew went to the prestigious William Morris Agency, recognized as best-in-class in the entertainment business, where he served as a liaison for clients and buyers across the television and publishing departments, handling high-level business development and contract negotiations, and fostering deep connections across the media industry. At Landmark, Matthew is responsible for client acquisition activities as well as supporting executive relationships in the Media and Entertainment fields across a broad spectrum of Fortune 500 firms. Matthew graduated with Dean's List Honors from the University of Maryland, College Park with a B.A. in Government and Politics and spent six months in Barcelona studying International Business and Marketing.

Robert Gallucci
Robert Gallucci has a broad range of experience in the technology consulting industry with a strong track record working with the Fortune 500 to implement innovative solutions in IT and business applications. Robert has served as the chief architect and design expert for several enterprise-wide document management and litigation support solutions, including global deployment of Interwoven at several major law firms. His career began at Pfizer Corporation (Upjohn Company) in pharmaceutical sales and operations. From there, Rob joined McGraw Hill Companies as a Network Manager where he worked on the convergence of the departmental LAN into the Enterprise WAN. Rob proceeded to serve a Senior Technology Consultant in the Network & Infrastructure group at Baker Robbins & Company where he worked internationally to develop a secure data warehouse and robust document e-discovery management solution for a Consumer Goods Manufacturer facing multiple global litigation assaults and risk management issues. With an acute understanding of how technology translates into business needs, Rob works as a liaison between the business and technology departments focusing on the development and integration of Security and Compliance solutions for cutting-edge IT groups within the Fortune 500. Rob graduated with a B.S. in Management from Florida International University, and enjoys competitive mountain biking and charity cycling events in his spare time.

James Harris, Ph.D.
James Harris actively serves the pharmaceutical industry with expertise in management consulting, strategic planning, pharmaceutical & biotechnology processing, drug regulations and compliance, validation, and construction of manufacturing facilities. James is a Charter member of the Pharmaceutical Manufacturers Association's (PMA) Validation Advisory Committee and chairman of PMA's Computerized Systems Validation Committee for the groups first ten years of its existence. Mr. Harris's Pharmaceutical Industry Experience includes working as the Plant Manger at Bristol Laboratories (now Bristol-Myers Squibb) as the Worldwide Director of Sterile Operations at Merck & Co. and VP, Operations at GlaxoWellcome (now GlaxoSmithKline). James gained his B.S. from the University of Michigan and his M.S. and PhD in Pharmaceutical Chemistry from Purdue University.

Ralph Klein
Since the early 1990's, Ralph has been active as a technology visionary working with high-tech firms on product sales and market penetration across key vertical markets. Ralph Klein's background includes 30 years in the chemical and plastics industry focused on trading, distribution and management activities. Ralph worked with the largest international trading firms including positions as Director of Trading at ICC Corp., Director or International Sales at ICD Group and Managing Director of PlexChem (Hong Kong). As a member of the founding team of Landmark Ventures, Ralph is an active consultant and advisor for numerous high-tech companies on their management, operations, market strategy and Fortune 500 client development activities. Ralph has been involved as a Advisory Board member, consultant and shareholder for several technology companies including Appfluent, ChemConnect, Collation, G-Log, Ketera, IntraLinks, Ounce Labs, NetManage, Radware, PowerPaper, Preventsys and VFA.

Zeev Klein
Zeev Klein's background includes a variety of management, sales, operations and strategic consulting experience. Zeev is part of the founding team of Landmark Ventures, and maintains daily responsibilities for consulting operations, market due diligence and client development activities. Zeev gained experience working in the VC/Strategic Investment division of Chase Manhattan Bank, where he helped analyze and evaluate technology providers. He was the co-founder of a successful Chicago-based technology services company during the late 1990's, and has consulted for a number of enterprise software and network infrastructure firms on strategic development, marketing and operational issues. Zeev is active as a member of the Greater New York chapter of Mensa, a graduate from Northwestern University with his B.A. in Economics, and currently attends the Langone MBA (part-time) program at NYU Stern School of Business.

Scott Kolber
Scott Kolber is a business development executive with twenty years experience launching new ventures and services in the telecommunications and media industries. Most recently, Scott was Director, Business Development at Loral Skynet, the satellite services division of Loral Space and Communications. Among the several joint ventures and strategic alliances he developed at Loral, Scott established and sat on the Board of Immeon Networks, a partnership with ViaSat, which provides on-demand satellite bandwidth. Scott previously held a number of executive positions over a 10-year period in the Corporate Technology and Entertainment divisions at Viacom where he was involved with a variety of initiatives. These include the implementation of a global satellite distribution strategy for the company’s cable networks (including Viacom's MTV and Nickelodeon groups) and the development and syndication of first-run and off-network television programming and feature films. Scott holds a B.A. in Government and Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia and has had executive education at Harvard and the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business.

Tom Krug
Tom Krug has over 25 years of experience in delivering state-of-the-art business and technology solutions for Financial Services clients with an emphasis on the Insurance markets. Tom was most recently a Consulting Manager with KMPG Consulting, focused on managing complex engagements for Global Insurance clients reconfiguring their operating environments and deploying computer systems to address emerging business opportunities. He was previously the Chief Technology Officer for Meridian Mutual Insurance Company managing the business process redesign of the Meridian's Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance operations. Tom has held a variety of senior business and technical positions for some of the worlds largest companies including approximately 18 years with EDS and executive management roles with IBM and Perot Systems. Tom received both his Bachelor of Arts and Master of Science degrees from Ball State University.

Nicole Magnoli
Nicole Magnoli is an experienced communications associate with a broad range of experience across the Media and Public Relations industries. Her foray into Public Relations began with The Dowd Agency, a PR firm whose clients include such heavy hitters as Yahoo!, Mark Burnett Productions, and Donald Trump's Media Assets (The Apprentice, Trump Magazine, etc.). She continued her work at WeissComm Partners, representing the foremost pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies worldwide in an array of marketing and public relations campaigns. On the editorial side, her career includes time spent at Specialty Foods Magazine, as well as Institutional Investor Magazine, a prominent trade publication where she served as a liaison with the marketing team. Nicole received a B.A. in Communications and Middle East Studies from Fordham University. She is continuing her studies with a certification in Digital and Graphic Design at NYU

Ashish Mehta
Ashish Mehta is a proven and seasoned business development executive specializing in venture development and strategic market expansion leading successful sales teams at venture and angel-backed firms including IBM, SmartAnalyst Incorporated, Collexis, and NuGenesis Technologies. During his time with the IBM sales team, he gained experience selling consulting services, hardware and software solutions, architecture development, compliance, and design. As a leader at each of these organizations, Ashish became instrumental in their growth, successes and IPOs/acquisitions including closing on a major $180M, seven year outsourcing contract at a CRO. He was elected to a leadership team at Life Science Solutions to develop solutions focused on compliance, clinical trials and electronic data management and was honored with IBM Golden Helix Awards, Bravo Awards and 100% Club Award for outstanding management and leadership. Ashish comes to Landmark after completing his MBA in Finance from the NYU Stern School of Business where he focused his education on courses in entrepreneurship, venture capital, and private equity. Ashish holds a B.S. degree in Bio-Medical Engineering from Boston University and in his personal time enjoys golf, riding his motorcycle, and oil painting, as well as making the occasional donation to friends at his neighborhood poker game.

Eric Sugar
Eric Sugar comes to Landmark with a unique background including experience with emerging technology in the life sciences and biotech industries. Eric's career history includes technical and biomedical experience while working in the Exploratory Research division of Baxter Healthcare, where he was responsible for blood-protein isolation and phage library generation. Subsequently, Eric served as a Scientific Advisor for Weitz & Luxenberg, a prestigious high-stakes New York law firm where he specialized in Drug and Medical Device Litigation, specifically addressing issues related to COX-2 inhibition and cardiovascular events. Eric also did research in the Hearing and Balance Laboratory of the Washington University School of Medicine and abroad at University College London. At Landmark, Eric is responsible for new client acquisition activities, as well as supporting executive relationships across a broad spectrum of Fortune 500 corporations. Eric graduated with honors from Washington University in St. Louis' pre-medical program with a B.S. in Biology.

Daniel Towbin
Daniel Towbin comes to Landmark with a strong business background and experience across the consulting and finance arenas. In previous years, Daniel served as executive board member at Wolverine Finance and Investment where he directed a team of eight as a Supervisor with the Town of Greenburgh, New York. At Landmark, Daniel is responsible for client acquisition activities, as well as supporting executive relationships across a broad spectrum of the Fortune 500, in addition to involvement with Landmark's Investment Banking practice. Daniel graduated With Distinction from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan with a Bachelors of Business Administration; he supplemented his Finance Concentration with courses in Economics, Marketing, Entrepreneurship and Operations Management.

Jaina Wald
Jaina Wald has a diverse business development background including marketing communications and editorial experience working with national media organizations. Prior to joining Landmark, Jaina worked for a number of news publications including serving on the editorial staff of a New York Times subsidiary and The St. Louis Post-Dispatch. Jaina was previously a key member of Washington University's Alumni and Admissions group where she communicated with presenters and students in developing strategic plans for national customer outreach and education. Her prior experience includes Co-founding and directing marketing efforts for an established community organization offering wide-scale service opportunities in the St. Louis area. At Landmark, Jaina is responsible for directing strategic operational efforts around technology services for an array of account relationships across the Fortune 500 and internal Technology Accounts. Jaina graduated with honors from Washington University in St. Louis with a B.A. in English and concentration in Spanish and attended the prestigious immersion program at Pontificia Universidad Catolica de Chile in Santiago, Chile.

Harry Wheat
Harry Wheat has more than 40 years experience in the Oil & Gas and Petrochemical industry during which time he held many positions including general management, marketing and manufacturing. Harry formerly served as President of Union Texas Petroleum, a New York Stock Exchange listed company, where he founded and managed the company's Petrochemical division (purchased for $3.3 Billion by ARCO/BP Amoco). Harry is a former Petrochemical Committee Chairman of the National Petrochemical and Refiners Association (NPRA) the worlds largest Oil & Chemicals Association with over 8,000 members from leading multinational corporations.
